What it does
It ends at the decision
Godwit has no basket and no checkout. When you have chosen, it hands you to whoever sells the room. Booking happens on their site, in their account, with their cancellation terms.
How it pays for itself
When you choose a place, Godwit offers several ways out: the booking sites that carry it, and the property's own website. Some of those links earn a commission if you go on to book, and every one of them says so on the page it appears on.
That is the only revenue in the product. There is no advertising, nothing is promoted for payment, and no place is ever ordered higher because someone paid for it.
What it does not do
- No analytics. Not ours, not anybody's.
- No session recording and no heatmaps.
- No trackers, no tags, no advertising pixels.
- No third-party scripts of any kind.
- No selling or sharing of anything you type.
This page holds to the same rules. Nothing on it is loaded from anyone else, including the typefaces.
